Aastha George, M.A.

Counseling Psychologist

I work with young adults who feel stuck in stories that don't reflect their true selves. Whether it's the story of "I'm not good enough," "I always mess things up," or "I can't change," we'll work together to create new, more empowering narratives.

About Me

I am an Assistant Professor of Psychology at DLHS and a dedicated mental health professional with over 1,200 client-facing therapy hours using evidence-based modalities. I have also facilitated more than 70 workshops across corporate and community settings, supporting mental health awareness, growth, and resilience. I have qualified the UGC-NET and am currently pursuing advanced training in trauma-focused therapy. My research interests include social psychology, cognitive neuroscience, neuroimaging, and human behavior.
