Ms Aakanksha Kanojia, B.A.(H)

Counseling Psychologist

Hi there! I’m Aakanksha Kanojia (she/her) — a Psychotherapist & Counselling Psychologist , and the Founder of HopeAlive Wellness Private Limited with more than 11 years of work experience.

About Me

I work with people who may look like they’re managing life — but internally feel tense, heavy, stuck, reactive, or emotionally tired. My practice is built for therapy that is warm, deeply human, and structured enough to create lasting change — not just insight. I offer a warm, confidential space where you can explore your experiences.

Approach

My style is relational, paced, and non-pathologising. We don’t just talk about what happened — we work with what your system learned to do for safety (control, shutdown, people-pleasing, over-functioning, avoidance, overthinking). work often includes: 1. Clarity: mapping patterns, triggers, relationship loops, and what your system is protecting you from 2. Capacity: building emotional regulation and nervous-system tools so you can feel without flooding or shutting down 3. Deeper repair (when appropriate): working with root wounds and memory networks safely, at your pace 4. Relational change: boundaries, communication, secure connection, and repair after rupture 5. Integration: changes that hold under real stress, not only in a calm week We review progress periodically so therapy doesn’t feel endless or vague.
