Renee Masotti

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I work to help you become your best self in relationships, in your career and with yourself. My approach is relational, attachment focused.

About Me

When you feel stuck in relationships or your career, I can help. My relational, attachment-focused approach guides you to understand and shift long-standing patterns. We explore how early experiences influence your current connections, fostering clearer communication and greater self-awareness. This process helps you build more fulfilling connections and become your authentic self.

Approach

My work centers on helping you grow in relationships, at work and with yourself, and I pay attention to how early bonds shape present choices. In my Petaluma office and online I keep a calm, focused rhythm—brief check-ins, deeper reflective exploration, and practical experiments to try between sessions. We track repeating interaction patterns, bring dreams and inner narratives into the room, and gently map how anxiety and identity steer your decisions so you can try new ways of relating. This steady, relational way of working often suits adults, couples, and teams ready for honest change.
