About Me

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I believe a happy heart truly does good like medicine. I love helping people discover how to live more fulfilling lives. Together, we can explore ways to cultivate genuine well-being. My aim is to create a supportive space where you can find practical steps towards lasting happiness. This helps you feel more balanced and joyful in your daily life.

Approach

With a belief that joy heals, I guide sessions toward small, steady shifts that ease burdens and brighten daily life. My fully virtual sessions can be conducted in English or Yoruba and combine CBT and post-modern strategies in an integrated style tailored to each client/family.
