Mr Matt Davies

Psychotherapist

Relationship and psychosexual advice for couples.

About Me

I offer a supportive space for couples navigating challenges in their relationship and intimacy. It can be difficult to discuss sensitive topics. I help create an environment where both voices can be heard and understood. We can explore communication patterns together, finding ways to reconnect. My aim is to provide practical advice, guiding you towards a stronger, more fulfilling partnership.

Approach

Relationship and psychosexual concerns are worked through in a calm, structured way that keeps both partners curious and accountable. In my London clinic and online in English, sessions move between short practical exercises, reflective listening, and gentle focus on bodily experience so conversations feel grounded rather than theoretical. Between sessions I sometimes suggest small experiments to try at home and we review what did and didn’t land, adjusting pace as needed. Couples who want clear, steady steps for reconnecting tend to find this approach helpful.
