About Me
I believe in a partnership approach, where we work together to understand your experiences. My aim is to help you gain clarity and develop practical ways to navigate challenges. We'll explore feelings and thoughts, building confidence to make choices that serve you well. This collaborative process ensures insights gained in session translate into lasting change beyond our meetings.
Approach
Together we turn moments of confusion into concrete steps, giving meaning to choices and building skills you can use outside the room. In my Johannesburg sessions, in English, the pace is steady and compassionate: we map patterns around eating, mood and identity, try small experiments between meetings, and involve parents or families when that supports progress. I keep work practical and reflective—short goals, clear feedback, space for curiosity—so adolescents, adults and families feel supported to make sustainable decisions.
