Healing here moves at a steady, exploratory pace, following what feels most revealing while keeping your sense of safety central. I offer sessions in Spanish and English for adults in San Francisco and online, creating a contained space where we attend to early relational patterns and the quieter impacts of abuse and change. In-session I listen for recurring themes, reflect connections, and invite gentle experiments you can try between meetings to test new ways of relating.
