About Me

Feeling exhausted when sleep won't come, or overwhelmed by life's demands, can be incredibly tough. I provide a supportive space where we can explore what's truly happening for you. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I help people understand the roots of their stress. Together, we find practical strategies to regain calm. My aim is to help you move towards more restful nights and a greater sense of control. You deserve to feel heard and supported.

Approach

When nights feel restless and life’s demands pile up, we focus on small, doable changes that make evenings and days more manageable. I meet with people in Palo Alto or online in English, keeping sessions calm and predictable as we identify patterns, try brief skills, and agree on realistic between-session steps. Work blends focused practice, simple tracking of sleep and mood, and collaborative problem-solving so you can test what helps and adjust quickly. This style often fits people facing chronic stress, health challenges, or persistent sleep trouble who want steady, practical progress.
