About Me

I offer psychoanalytic psychotherapy, drawing on over 18 years of experience. I work with individuals and couples, and we can speak in French or English. I was brought up in France and my initial training was in clinical psychology. I usually see individual or couple for an assessment and this allows the person to see how comfortable they feel with my approach. We can then establish the time and frequency of the sessions.

Approach

Working with me is a space for attentive listening and thoughtful exploration, where we gently make sense of recurring emotions and relationship patterns beneath everyday reactions. Sessions are available in London or online, in either French or English, with a calm and steady pace that allows space for reflection. Together, we notice the themes that emerge, connect present emotions to earlier experiences, and, when working with couples, explore interactional patterns so they become clearer and open up new possibilities for change.
