Eugenie is a professional counsellor with a Master of Social Sciences in Counselling. She has worked with individuals, couples, families and groups. She supports people experiencing grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, crisis, stress, family and relationship distress, career challenges, and life transitions. Eugenie also serves as a Christian ministry partner, provides training in grief-informed care. She has devoted much of her passion and work to grief counselling and support groups, specializes in bereavement support.

Eugenie is passionate about walking with people through life experiences and losses. Her integrative approach includes person-centered, emotion-focused (EFT), narrative therapy, Satir family model, logotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and trauma-informed grief support. Every person's identity, qualities, and worth are valued as part of our growth in wholeness. Eugenie believes in the possibilities, healing, and hope that we can find with support along the way. She guides the therapeutic journey that is genuine, collaborative, and meaningful to each unique life story.

Eugenie is experienced in supporting English and Cantonese speakers with diverse cultural backgrounds. She also includes a variety of creative, art, and play-based therapeutic tools to facilitate the counselling process.
