CORE SERVICES:
Life is demanding and in this complex world, it is easy to find oneself stressed and overwhelmed. We experience intense stress in depression and anxiety, we experience stress in relational conflict and also when we feel lonely or isolated. We feel stress when we have secrets to keep from others, when we feel ashamed or guilty. Whatever you struggle with right now, I want to give you the space and support to both understand and overcome the experience you are going through at the minute.
In my work, I love encountering the uniqueness of each and every person, allowing me to support others in dealing with and experiencing life. In case you feel that Mindful Body might be the right thing for you, please give me a quick call or write an email for a free consultation on the phone. I'd be very happy to meet you!
I believe that going through crisis and suffering is part of our very normal human experience. It doens't mean that something is wrong with you as a person. Rather, I see our struggling and suffering as a symptom, calling us to investigate more in depth what is going on with us and how we can change our ways to live happier, healthier and more fulfilled life. In that sense, psychological suffering can be a wake up call to take action. I know, it takes courage to make a first step and look for support. Yet, the change it can bring to your life is priceless.
I work online and outdoors. Online means that I empley video-based counseling that works pretty much in the same way as the “usual”, non-digital counseling, while it obviously allows for more flexiblity in scheduling our sessions together. You can meet me from your home or literally any other place on this planet that allows for a stable internet connection.
In case you find yourself in Zurich, Switzerland and would prefer to meet in person instead of online, I am happy to meet you for a Walk & Talk, which takes our sessions outdoors into the greens or streets of Zurich. Oftentimes, the best thing for a mind that is stuck is a moving body.
In both cases, I provide a lot of material to support you in putting your insights and learnings from our sessions into practice in your day-to-day life.
The approach of Mindful Body is infused with mindfulness-based practices. Being mindful calms your mind and allows you to connect with yourself at a deeper level. A mind that is calm is more open and willing to change its old routines into new ways, eventually allowing you to grow into the person you want to be or solve that very specific thing that bothers you right now…
